The property is located in the well-known urbanization Los Leandros in the popular area of Lomas del Mar. A residential area between La Mata and Torrevieja, with the beach as its closest neighbor. Area: The location is unbeatable. The area is known for the beautiful La Mata beach, popular restaurants, nature areas, promenade all the way to La Mata and an active area all year round. Very good bus connections into the center of Torrevieja and to La Mata. The sports complex with a gym, squash, tennis and much more is also in the area, as well as 2 of the week's regular markets.
A large grocery store within walking distance, as well as a short walk up to the center of Aguas Nuevas with a large selection of restaurants and bars. The salt lake with its unique nature is also within walking distance with great trails for a walk or a bike ride.
There is also a large selection of golf courses just a short drive away, with courses such as La Marquesa, Vistabella, La Finca, Las Ramblas, Campoamor, Villamartín and Las Colinas to mention a few.

Rules and cleaning
Payment of cleaning is left in the house and is 60 euros for up to 5 people. It includes a set of towels and bed linen per person. 10 euros extra per person over 5 guests.
It is expected that you leave the home in good condition and throw all the garbage when leaving, as well as report any damage or errors.
