The plot itself is 800m2 with a totally reformed garden and outdoor area. Most of the garden is facing south, but has sun all day from morning to evening. In front of garden is a protected natural park with olive trees and on the side of the plot a beautiful orange field. Truly a private garden area to enjoy your vacation. Great open views out to the park and across the salt lake.

The entire front area of the plot has new tiles surrounding a modern stylish saltwater pool of 8x4 meters with a countercurrent motor. For some shade there is a 6x4.5 meter pergola and two large umbrellas. The garden is beautifully decorated with tropical palm trees, plants and fruit trees. Both oranges, figs and lime. The Villa:
The villa is divided into two parts. The main house has a large glazed conservatory overlooking the pool and the natural areas with the salt lake. Furthermore, you enter the very large living room with a corner sofa and a sitting area around the fireplace. Separate section for the dining room with table that can be extended and seat 10 people. Large separate kitchen with washing machine, coffee machine, micro and everything you need.

Bedroom 3: Views over the orange fields, wardrobe, AC with hot / cold and ceiling fan. 2 single beds of 90 x 200 with top mattresses.

In the main house there are two completely renovated bathrooms with lovely views, new bathroom furniture, downlights and floor heating.

In addition to the main house there is a brand new apartment belonging to the residence with private entrance from the garden. Perfect when you want some privacy for the kids or if you are two families. Everything is brand new with insulated walls and new furniture.

Large living room / bedroom 4: Large sliding glass doors to the garden that can be used as an entrance. Has a sofa bed, so the living room can also be used as an extra bedroom.

Area / location:
Dona Pepa is well known for its beautiful surroundings and buildings with many residents living all year round. The lovely beach of Guardamar and Moncayo which has many kilometers of wide sandy beach, water sports, restaurants, beach bars and much more is only 7 minutes away by car. The city of Guardamar is a charming and exciting city to explore both during day and evening. A very large selection of golf courses within a short distance with La Marquesa as the nearest course. But also golf courses such as Vistabella, La Finca, Las Ramblas, Campoamor, Villamartín and Las Colinas are just a short drive away. The Salt Lake offers wonderful nature experiences both on foot and by bicycle. The town of Ciudad Quesada is also within a 15-20 minute walk with lots of activities, entertainment, bars and restaurants.

The property are normally rented for full weeks, depending on the season. Price can be discussed on favorable dates and bookings of more than one week.

The prices are valid for up to 7 people. Maximum number of people in the villa is 10. For additional guests following prices apply:

High season: (Per person / per day): 45 euros
Mid season: (Per person / per day) 35 euros
Low season: (Per person / per day) 30 euros

Rules and cleaning

Payment of cleaning is left in the house and is at 100 euros for up to 7 people. It includes a set of towels and bed linen per person. 10 euros extra per person over 7 guests.

It is expected that you leave the home in good condition and throw all the garbage when leaving, as well as report any damage or errors.
