The villa is located in established and well known residential area of Dona Pepa, Ciudad Quesada. At the end of a very tranquil street with a beautiful orange field and park as a its nearest neighbour. The plot itself is 800m2 with a totally reformed garden and outdoor area. Most of the garden is facing south, but has sun all day from morning to evening. In front of garden is a protected natural park with olive trees and on the side of the plot a beautiful orange field. Truly a private garden area to enjoy your vacation. Great open views out to the park and across the salt lake.
The entire front area of the plot has new tiles surrounding a modern stylish saltwater pool of 8x4 meters with a countercurrent motor. Dona Pepa is well known for its beautiful surroundings and buildings with many residents living all year round. The lovely beach of Guardamar and Moncayo which has many kilometers of wide sandy beach, water sports, restaurants, beach bars and much more is only 7 minutes away by car. The city of Guardamar is a charming and exciting city to explore both during day and evening. A very large selection of golf courses within a short distance with La Marquesa as the nearest course. But also golf courses such as Vistabella, La Finca, Las Ramblas, Campoamor, Villamartín and Las Colinas are just a short drive away. The Salt Lake offers wonderful nature experiences both on foot and by bicycle. The town of Ciudad Quesada is also within a 15-20 minute walk with lots of activities, entertainment, bars and restaurants.

Rules and cleaning
Payment of cleaning is left in the house and is at 100 euros for up to 7 people. It includes a set of towels and bed linen per person. 10 euros extra per person over 7 guests.
It is expected that you leave the home in good condition and throw all the garbage when leaving, as well as report any damage or errors.
