The Development
In the first phase of the project there are 20 corner houses / quads, 16 ground floor apartments with garden and 16 penthouse apartments with private roof terraces. The apartments are delivered with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In addition, the ground floor apartments have the option to expand with an extra bedroom for only 3000€ to the price. All apartments have communal parking. The corner houses / Quads are delivered with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, extended living room, spacious balcony and large private garden.

In the next and final phase of the project there will be constructed another 40 corner houses / Quads. So this is the last chance to secure an apartment in this area.

The entire urbanization will be closed and gated with a total of 5 entrances in the urbanization. The urbanization has a lovely community area with pool, children's pool and a large green area with plants and palm trees.

The properties:

Ground floor apartments start from 155,000 € to 173,000 € with constructed area of 67,88 m2 with terrace and garden from 31m2 to 115m2. For an extra 3000€ you can build an extra bedroom. Making it a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. They offer both garden / patio area in front of the apartment and a larger garden in the back of the apartment.

Penthouse apartments start from 170,000 € to 195,000 € with a constructed area of 64.30 m2 with balcony of 8.60m2 in the front and a spectacular private roof terrace of a total of 53.50m2. Staircase leading up from the living room and  the possibilities to customize the roof terrace with a pergola, shower, outdoor kitchen, lights or a Jacuzzi if you desire.

Corner house / Quad starts from 210,000 € to 245,000 € with a constructed area of 97,50m2, with a terrace of 15,20m2 on the second floor and garden / patio of 58,61m2. The area:
This new project is located in the area of Aguas Nueva II. The area has been the focus of many developers in the recent years, with many beautiful finished developments as your closest neighbour. Within a few hundred meters there is a wide range of services and shops. Mercadona supermarket, cafes, various restaurants and shops are located here. A little further down the street you will find the sports complex in Torrevieja where you can use the public gym, tennis courts, squash hall and many more services. Habaneras shopping center and the commercial area are also not far from the urbanization.
