We knew little about Alicante, Torrevieja and the surrounding areas but had heard that Torrevieja was a great place :) We found the company Efficax Spain w/Truls that we had heard about via acquaintances / fam.

Truls worked efficiently and quickly with sorting and sending suggestions to us as we could not travel until a few months after we started looking.

At the beginning of December we traveled on a 3-4 day trip to Alicante where the agent picked us up in the airport and took us to the hotel and showed us around the area.

Truls was calp and helpful during viewing and explained to us the entire purchase process, and we quickly became comfortable that we had chosen the right person.

When we decided on the apartment we wanted the agent and Efficax follow up all the way and explained everything that would happen. Everything from we began to think of viewing to long after we have moved in, they have helped us all the way.

Now we have had some time to enjoy the spanish lifestyle and it could not have been better

We are very pleased with everything in every way. We also know that when a sale is done, normally the agent is done, but there is no problem here either.

If i had questions or needed help they are always there, a great security for us :)
