Have recently bought an apartment in Torrevieja by La mata beach with Efficax v / Truls Tangstad. I am so happy with the whole process so far. Was on holiday for a week and got a calm and pleasant viewing from Truls. There was a large selection of apartments and Truls quickly found out my criteria and began the elimination method and found an apartment in my taste and within my budget.

So after 1 week I went home to Norway as a happy owner of an apartment in Spain. Have had the idea and dream of an apartment in warmer regions for many years. Have often traveled on holiday to Gran Canaria and at the same time checked prices for apartments. But quickly found out that prices are much more expensive than on the mainland. I was lucky to have some friends who have an apartment in Torrevieja and started looking in this area. Shorter flight time was also a bonus. We had a good correspondence via email with many selections of apartments that I studied at home in Norway. When I went down to Torrevieja and stayed with a friend for a week and agreed with Truls about viewings, I got a good feeling from day one about a calm and comfortable agent. Easy to get dizzy from studying so many apartments, but Truls let me take the time needed...… He quickly found out what criteria I had and eliminated many apartments along the way. I decided on an apartment after a week and am so far very satisfied with the professional assistance from Truls. Also experience their help after the purchase is made.
